Returns & Exchanges

We want you to fall in love with your piece and experience transformation through adornment. If however, you are unsatisfied with the piece please contact us at anneke@allersatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will then process the request and inform you on how to proceed with the return. We unfortunately do not offer refunds but are happy to exchange or provide you with a store credit that you can apply towards a future purchase.

Please note that we will not refund or give a credit for the shipping costs and that you are responsible for the shipping & insurance cost when returning an item. Please consider using trackable shipping as we are not able to guarantee your shipment.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, not have been worn or damaged.

We do not accept returns on any custom orders, sale items or gift cards.

Allers Atelier reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable requests for a return.
